Return Policy
Exchanges
At MiKi we want total satisfaction with our products!
- For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns for exchange on earrings and toe rings.
- Please note the customer covers the shipping cost on returns for change of mind or wrong size. You will need to provide a tracking number for proof of return.
- All returned items must be in an original new condition in order for exchange.

- Item(s) requesting to be returned or exchanged
Please do not sell exchange requests directly to our email as they may end up in our junk folder.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item you believe is faulty, please let us know as soon as you receive it. Please contact us and send a description of why you believe the item is faulty.
We offer warranty on manufacturing faults only within a three month period from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is essential for all warranty claims. Warranty does not cover neglect, wear and tear, bent items, accidental damage, broken chains, tarnish, contact with chemical substances such as creams, perfumes, oils, cleaning products or acidic skin types which may cause discolouration.

- Item(s) requesting to be returned
- A clear photo of the faulty product
Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns once receiving them.
Please see our FAQ to avoid your jewellery tarnishing due to environmental factors.
It is the customers responsibility to take care of the jewellery once it is in their possession.
