What are huggie earrings?

Huggies are a smaller style of hoop that sits closer to the ear. How close and how small varies by design and by ear, which is half the fun of them. They are the set-and-forget earring, secure enough to sleep in and easy to layer with studs.

What is the difference between huggies and hoops?

Size and sit. Huggies are the smaller hoop style worn close to the ear, hoops hang with some air in the middle. If you want everyday and effortless, huggies. If you want a bit of movement and presence, hoops.

Can I sleep and shower in my huggies?

Our stainless steel pieces, yes to both. Sterling and gold plated huggies are ocean-safe too, just give them the freshwater rinse after swimming and keep sunscreen off them.

Is your jewellery okay for sensitive skin?

Yes, the whole range is chosen with sensitive skin in mind. Our sterling silver and 18k gold plating are nickel-free, and our stainless steel is premium 316L, the surgical grade used for medical implants precisely because skin gets along with it.
