Shipping policy
All orders ship from our office in Quindalup, Western Australia. We're a small team at Miki, and we aim to get your order out within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. During busy sales periods like Black Friday and our Birthday Sale, please allow 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.
Guaranteed Christmas arrival
To have your order arrive in time for Christmas:
- Standard: order before the 14th of December (NT orders by the 12th)
- Express: order before the 18th of December

- Standard shipping with Australia Post: 2 to 8 days
- Express shipping with Australia Post: 2 to 3 days
- Free express shipping on orders over $150
International
We're happy to say we ship worldwide.
Standard parcel shipping with Australia Post varies depending on the destination country, and generally takes 5 to 15 business days. All international orders are sent as registered mail with tracking, and shipping costs include a $5 signature on delivery fee to help make sure your parcel arrives safely. Express options are available for some countries.
Delivery times can vary slightly from country to country depending on customs, so please use the above as a guide rather than a guarantee. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Customs charges and taxes
Every country has its own customs laws, and international orders may attract customs taxes, fees, or charges. Once your parcel has been shipped, any additional taxes, fees, or charges are your responsibility as the receiver. We'd recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
