How do I find my ring size at home?

The easiest way is our free ring sizer, just tick the FREE Ring Sizer box on your cart page and it ships with your order. If you want a size right now, wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres and match it to our size chart.

When should I measure my finger for a ring?

Fingers change more than you would think. They are at their largest at the end of a warm day and at their smallest on a cold morning, so measure in the evening, and if you are buying in winter, allow a whisper of extra room for summer. Measuring twice on different days is the closest thing to a guarantee. And size to your biggest knuckle if the ring needs to pass over one.

I am between ring sizes. Which do I choose?

Go up. A slightly loose ring spins, a slightly tight one pinches, and spinning is the better problem to have. For wider bands, definitely size up one full size, as they wear tighter than thin bands and we don't offer half sizes.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

Choose the wrong size? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will swap it for the right size, or pop the value on a store credit. Earrings and toe rings aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons, which is exactly why the free ring sizer exists, grab it before you order. If anything arrives faulty, that is different, contact us and we will make it right.
