Refund Day Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the MiKi Black Friday Refund Day. By placing an eligible order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Miki Designs trading as MiKi Jewellery, Quindalup WA 6281 (info@mikijewellery.com.au).
  2. Promotion period. The promotion runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm AWST on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
  3. Who can enter. The promotion is open to customers with an Australian delivery address. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and wholesale customers, can't enter. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to enter and accept a prize.
  4. How to enter. Place an order at mikijewellery.com.au during the promotion period and you're automatically entered. Each order counts as one entry. There's no extra cost to enter beyond your order.
  5. Orders that don't count. Orders placed in store, through a wholesale account, or cancelled or fully refunded before the draw are not eligible.
  6. Prizes. Three winning orders will each be refunded in full. A full refund means the total amount paid for the order, including shipping, returned to the original payment method. Gift card purchases within an order are not refunded. There is no maximum refund amount, so the total prize pool depends on the value of the winning orders. Winners keep everything in their order, including any free gift.
  7. The draw. Three winners will be drawn at random from all eligible orders at 10am AWST on Thursday 19 November 2026 at Quindalup WA 6281.
  8. Winners. Winners will be contacted by email, using the email address on their order, within two business days of the draw. Refunds will be processed within five business days of the draw. We may share winners' first names and state on our social media.
  9. Redraw. If a winning order turns out to be ineligible, a redraw will take place at 10am AWST on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the same location.
  10. After you win. As your order has been refunded in full, items from a winning order can't be returned for a further refund. Faulty items are still covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
  11. Prize conditions. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for anything else.
  12. Changes. If something outside our control affects the promotion, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from a regulator.
  13. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  14. Privacy. We only use your details to run this promotion and in line with our Privacy Policy.
