Rug Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the MiKi Black Friday Rug Draw. By placing an eligible order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Miki Designs trading as MiKi Jewellery, Quindalup WA 6281 (info@mikijewellery.com.au).
  2. Promotion period. The promotion runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm AWST on Saturday 14 November 2026.
  3. Who can enter. The promotion is open to customers with an Australian delivery address. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, and wholesale customers, can't enter. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to enter and accept a prize.
  4. How to enter. Place an order at mikijewellery.com.au during the promotion period and you're automatically entered. Each order counts as one entry. There's no extra cost to enter beyond your order.
  5. Orders that don't count. Orders placed in store, through a wholesale account, or cancelled or fully refunded before the draw are not eligible.
  6. Prizes. There are three prizes, each one Sunni Scenes picnic rug valued at $180 (RRP, including GST). The total prize pool is $540. The rug design is chosen by the promoter, subject to availability.
  7. The draw. Three winners will be drawn at random from all eligible orders at 10am AWST on Monday 16 November 2026 at Quindalup WA 6281.
  8. Winners. Winners will be contacted by email, using the email address on their order, within two business days of the draw. We may share winners' first names and state on our social media.
  9. Claiming your prize. Winners need to reply to confirm their delivery address within 14 days. If a prize isn't claimed, a redraw will take place at 10am AWST on Monday 7 December 2026 at the same location, and the new winner will be contacted the same way.
  10. Delivery. Prizes are posted free of charge to the winner's Australian delivery address.
  11. Prize conditions. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  12. Changes. If something outside our control affects the promotion, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from a regulator.
  13. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  14. Privacy. We only use your details to run this promotion and in line with our Privacy Policy.
